Hey, we want returns to be EASY!

  1. We offer prepaid, no hassle returns on orders within thirty (30) days of shipment as long as your purchase is UNWORN and in its original packaging.
  2. Email us at paulsshoes@hotmail.com with your last name and order number and we'll return email you a prepaid USPS return label.
  3. We'll process a full refund in your original form of payment within approximately 48 hours of receiving your item back.
  4. Please do NOT return worn items or items without their original packaging for any reason.  These are unsellable and will not be refunded or returned.

SHIPPING DETAILS

Our free shipping is normally through the USPS Mail (2-5 days from shipment) and shipping normally occurs within 12 to 36 hours of your order.  On occasion, we use UPS Ground or FedEx Ground depending on the weight and size of your order.  We offer several selections for expedited shipping for an additional fee at checkout if you need your items faster or just prefer a different carrier.  Please note certain orders may take 2-3 days extra for delivery to warehousing constraints for certain items, such as some of our exotic western boots.  Shipping & order fulfillment is continental USA only, no international shipping at this time.

  • Please note--we ship ALL order with detailed tracking and delivery confirmation with timed scanning.  We are NOT responsible for locating or reshipping packages that have been scanned as 'delivered' and are lost due to 'porch' theft or other post-delivery issues.
